Designed for high-speed lettering on book cloth in a production setting. This machine is capable of personalizing up to 100 pieces per hour depending on content.
System3 is a special machine designed for automated foil embossing of book cloth for the on-demand book publishing and Library Book Binding industries. The feeder system handles up to 100 cases at a time and flawlessly feeds book cloth without special adjustments for different sizes or cover materials. System3 operates without the need for an operator to be in attandance except to load and unload the book cloth from the feeder.
The System3 is operated by Flesher’s new Orbit software, the new standard for automated book cloth lettering. Orbit software controls lettering style and location, lettering justification, embossing dwell and depth settings, and much more. Array stamping on multiple small products is one of Orbit's many features. Orbit can import data from your PC or network files.
