Premere Beka is a fast feeding personalizing machine for pocket planner and small advertising specialty products. It utilizes a fast rotary feeder system to feed products from its top loading, bottom feed magazine into the lettering machine. Products exit into a discharge hopper or exit conveyor which keeps them neatly in sequence. Beka operates with minimal operator attention for high productivity in personalizing applications. One operator can easily manage the operation of several machines. Designed like the other Flesher systems, to handle products covered in a variety of materials such as book cloth, vinyl, plastics, simulated and genuine leathers. Beka is designed to automatically feed products in a high speed production setting. This machine is capable of personalizing a wide range of products with iStamp software templates.
The Premere Beka is operated by Flesher’s newiStamp software, the new standard for automated hot foil personalization. iStamp software utilizes templates to make previous set-ups immediately available. Templates including product size and position, lettering style and location, lettering justification, embossing dwell and depth settings, a laser calibration system and much more are all part of iStamp. Array stamping on multiple small products is one of iStamp's many features. iStamp can import data from your PC or network files.
